We really NEED your help at the Track Meet Friday, May 12! (Rain date May 22)
We are short on volunteers for the track meet this Friday. We’re looking for parents of Kindergarten to 2nd grade so that the parents of Brown students involved in the annual track meet can participate in watching their children grades 3 to 5 (but you can volunteer no matter what grade your child is in).
What you need to know to volunteer:
- Experience isn’t necessary.
- The track meet is May 12 at the high school stadium 10 am to 2 pm
- Volunteers need to be at the high school track @ 10 am to be assigned a job and receive directions (there will be a short break, but volunteers need to be in place by 11:15 am). The track meet lasts until about 2 pm. (Some events finish slightly earlier.)
- If you volunteer, please be prepared to stay until your entire assigned job is finished.
- Sorry, but no little ones. There are just too many people and a lot going on.
- Remember to dress for the weather and layer!
